But they are not wired on the interface between CP and Linux. In a
distant past we did have a thing that would catch arbitrary external
rupt into userspace, but I have not seens that since the signal stuff
got implemented.

PS I have to admit that reboot via cron sounds too easy ;-)  I
certainly looked beyond that.
