A couple things...

The GATEWAY statement format changed in z/VM 5.2...the order you show below
is the new format.  The stack will complain (not nearly as loudly as it
should) if you tried to use that format in 5.1...

"Ip network address" in your list is really "any IP address in the target
subnet"

The 5.1 parameters would be:

Network Address
First Hop
Link Name
MTU
Subnet Mask (Old school VM format...ewww...)
Subnet Value (ugh...I have to do math?)
