Hi Steve, Yes - IPL'd the 2nd level (VMTEST). Before the IPL I ran a "DFSMSRM Q LIB OPS" with no errors from VMTEST (CMS). The error code indicates a APPC connect error.... Not sure if I need to look at some connection to the first level TSAF... I'm not a VM expert.
