Hmmm ... I don't think a ISFC link is require to enable (3rd level)
RMSMASTER on the guest to talk to the 3494 ... I think it's all done
through the real device cabling (whatever that may be).  All (well most)
of our guests are "hooked" to the host via ISFC, so I never would have
noticed a failure in this case.
