LOGON TCPMAINT BY ALAN
<enter ALAN's password>

Once you are logged on, you will be TCPMAINT. The RACF audit trail
records the relationship on subsequent authorization calls as well, if
memory serves.

If someone else then tries
LOGON TCPMAINT BY TERRY
they will get "TCPMAINT already logged on".
