Jack, I think you're talking about a CPU that executes Java byte codes - 
that doesn't require any external JIT.  That's not what a zAAP does.  A 
zAAP runs z/Architecture instructions just like any other CPU, so a JIT is 
still required to translate Java byte codes to z/Architecture.
