The question was how does RACF protect FCP.  If you want RACF to protect 
access to LUNs there is no choice but to use minidisks.  And THAT means 
FBA or ECKD.  Depending on how the particular disk is used, the CP 
overhead may be important or it may not.  Further, z/VM 5.3 significantly 
reduced the CPU overhead of paging to SCSI.  Read
