Right-on, Perry. Should I say "as usual"? If the intended secondary user is disconnected, the SET SECUSER command fails if that condition is not met.
Does the machine that issues the commands have Class C privileges? If so, the SEND works because of that without needing SECUSER, but the result is not what you like to see, as you have demonstrated. When a guest issues a read, CP checks if the guest's secondary is functional. If it is not, a CP READ is also made pending.
