Sunny, Look at line 4 in your DIRMAINT DATADVH file on 1DF. It looks like a timer event is kicked off and is failing.
Also insure there is no OFFLINE CONTOL member on the 1DF. If there is, your DIRM ONLINE is not working. You must be authorized in AUTHFOR CONTROL.
