Thanks for clearing this up for me Alan. They are conducting a security
audit and are asking a lot of questions and since I have not had my VM
system that long some of things they are asking for I have not had the
opportunity to experience as of yet.

In a configuration file of the tool/program you are using to monitor
idle 
users (as CP does not automatically force idle users).   Since you 
specifically call out CMS users, beware that the tool will likely not
know 
whether it is CMS or or not, so if you have guests that shouldn't be 
forced, you will need some sort of exception list.  (Forcing the
OPERATOR 
is generally a bad idea.)
