Terse on z/VM

I have a PS file (200 CYLs) on MVS that I'd like to
TERSE and send to VM via my PC.  Is there a command
on VM that allows me to UNPK the TERESEd file?

It's a vanilla z/VM 5.4 system. Nothing additional
other than what's delivered.
