We create the file below, with two records :

We understand, that then, the MAINT virtual machine can do a lot, but, when try
for example get a copy of a VMUSERS DIRECT, have te same message :
DIRM for * USER WITHPASS
DVHXMT1191I Your USER request has been sent for processing.
Ready; T=0.07/0.08 12:12:34
DVHREQ2283E Userid MAINT at GRV-DC is not authorized to issue the USER
DVHREQ2283E command for MAINT at *.
So, what We need change more?
