Yes. We've had horses and dogs for 44 years and had only one horse/dog incident, but it was a fatal one. The kids' wonderful pony kicked my even more wonderful greyhound. She went flying through the air and landed on some large rocks I had used to outline a flower bed. The resulting spinal cord injury eventually caused us to have to put her down. We weren't mad at the pony, but I still miss the beautiful and graceful dog.
