Oh, if I were closer, I'd be right over to check it out. :) I have a leather "Arab" sized harness, and a biothane "cob" sized one, so I have some harnesses to start with, even if I have to buy some new parts. I have two old carts too - a pony sized and a horse sized, but neither is "easy-entry", and I want to be able to get out quickly. I hate to start modifying the carts (each needs at least one new tire, and the shafts aren't the right length) when they aren't the type I want. I think I'd be better off to start with one closer to what I need rather than try to repair/modify either of these.
