Do we know of any stallions with a 9 or a 10 for legs? Does one
exist? If he's out there, he should be one of the most popular
stallions alive..

Evaluations scores really aren't on my radar screen, however I really
would like to see harsher penalties for rough riding or poor riding.
I'd like to see less equipment and better fitting saddles. If anyone
is caught 'loin sitting' I would like them banned from riding...

I would like to see other gaits included in the evaluations other than
just a tolt. If I knew what gaits a horse was able to do
easily...that would tell me so much about where he was on the gait
spectrum...AND might help me chose who to breed to who...(if I ever
was brave enough to do that again).
