Hello everybody, i am new to Icinga 2 but i already made it to intsall it on a debian system and configure some hosts and services. I am also doing some requests with the NSClient++ on a Win 7 client get notified via email if there are problems.
Right now i struggle with receiving SNMP Traps. I already set up SNMPTT and can log the traps to its logfiles. But how do i get the Traps to Icinga 2? I read something about an anditional EventDB where the traps are logged and then the DB is polled by Icinga but i want to avoid an aditional tool or polling. So far i havent found any documentation for Icinga 2 and the integration of SNMP Traps. I hope you can help me and give me some hints. Kind regards, Mathias
