   Oh, good.  It looked like it was going to be an easy one.

   As an aside, and I haven't checked the source, do we want to make
the configuration-file interpreters ignore the <CR> in a <CR><LF>
pair?  The admonition to "Use a UNIX editor" is valid, but there are
more systems in the wild that use <CRLF> sequences as end-of-line
than there are ones that use a single <LF>.  It might be more humane
to handle the condition from a usability point of view in our code
than not.
