Highlights:
Saturday: NW breeze 6-13, overcast and fairly cold. First regatta in our new
sails! There was great competition in a tough, shifty northwesterly. One minor
breakdown, one protest, one capsize, a few general recalls.
Sunday: ENE-E-ESE breeze 5-12. Cool and cloudy becoming a bit warmer as the
sun broke out. No protests, no breakdowns, no capsizes, less recalls. Nice
regatta day!
Very tight racing throughout the day and regatta.
Courses: The first 24 races were windward-leeward twice around with a leeward
gate. The last 6 races were modified windward-leeward with a leeward gate.
Race Committee: Brad Churchill, Kyle Assad, Merry Varr
15 races sailed in each division.
