REGATTA HIGHLIGHTS:
Saturday: Despite a nasty forecast, day one turned out to be a beautiful day
with W/NW winds at 10-20 knots and very shifty and puffy conditions. One Gold
Cup course and the rest were Windward/Leewards with 4 or 5 legs and a weather
offset mark and leeward gates. A few protests resulting in 2 DSQ's and one
redress granted. Thanks to judges Vanessa Lipschitz '04 and Edward Young '05
and Brown sailors Charles Enright '08, Ben Siegal '08, and Nick Sala '07 for
their help. Tight racing from top to bottom.
