Hello College Sailors,

I am happy to announce an exciting partnership with US Sailing and ICSA. Please
see the press release for information on this new US Sailing College Pass. This
membership program will provide you the opportunity to join US Sailing as a
full member at a great rate, while supporting both your college team, and the
Intercollegiate Sailing Association. Your team will accumulate credits with US
Sailing and ICSA will receive direct support dollars from US Sailing for every
member that joins through the College Pass. Membership in US Sailing will be
great benefit (and in some cases a requirement) for your summer sailing plans.

Furthermore, US Sailing is an official sponsor of the 2009 ICSA National
Championship Semifinals this weekend. Specifically they are supporting the
event dinner May 2. Please say hello and thank you to the US Sailing staff
members that will be on-hand.

Good luck to the teams racing this weekend!

US SAILING Offers College Sailors New Special Membership

PORTSMOUTH, R.I. (April 30, 2009) - US SAILING, the national governing body of
the sport, and the Inter-Collegiate Sailing Association (ICSA) have partnered
to develop a program that provides college sailors with an opportunity to
become US SAILING members at a special discount rate. US SAILING's College
Pass, a division of US SAILING's Golden Anchor Program, is a full membership
designed to provide support for collegiate sailing in the United States.

College sailors can become US SAILING members at a discounted price by signing
up for this special membership through their respective sailing team. By
becoming a member, teams accumulate credits that can be used towards the
purchase of US SAILING educational materials in the US SAILING store. This new
membership creates a sponsorship fund used to promote and encourage collegiate
sailing programs in the U.S. In return, the ICSA has created the US SAILING
Grit Award for Competitive Perseverance that recognizes the two teams who
fulfill the final qualifying spots for the ICSA/Gill Dinghy National
Championships.

"US SAILING is proud to promote collegiate sailing," said Charlie Leighton,
executive director of US SAILING. "Sailing at this level is an outstanding
training ground for competitive sailing in the U.S."

"We look forward to this long term relationship with US SAILING," said Mitch
Brindley, president of the ICSA. "The funding this program provides is
instrumental to the growth of collegiate sailing. This is a great way to get
college sailors involved in their national governing body."

Check your local listings for the ICSA National Championships airing June 20 on
ESPNU and produced by Gary Jobson, the next president of US SAILING.

US SAILING's College Pass:
Youth Membership (21 and younger): $20/year
Adult Membership (Over 21, also includes certified instructors): $50/year
