Just after a 9:45 competitors meeting the breeze decided to completely die off. After a short delay on land race 1A was completed in a light and uncharacteristically shift southerly. Big swings in direction continued all day long which kept the RC on it's feet and the sailors scratching their heads. Six races in A and 4 races in B were completed today with the last A set finishing at sunset. There were a handful of general recalls that can be attributed to big swings in wind direction and also to just 1 overeager sailor which would then pull the whole fleet over. Most starts were I flag starts. Three protest were filed and will be heard at 9am tomorrow morning. A big thank you to Susan Reilly for judging today and Matt Cohen for being the ICSA rep and to Conn College for bring an extra coach boat. Dartmouth had the most consistent day and leads Yale by 10 points. Breeze looks great for tomorrow!!
