Hello all,
I have been using a program called Map Maker Pro to
create topology since about 1999. Very inexpensive and effective for preparing
vector data to use in Idrisi32. also a great, professional, E size plotting
environment to plot the results of Idrisi projects.
Now, Map Maker has GratIS, an absolutely free
mapping program for download at
www.MapMakerNorthAmerica.com see
the downloads page. GratIS is not a viewer, is a functional mapping
program, does not expire, and a product like this is well overdue!
Also, Map Maker Pro version 3, an add on to Gratis,
can be downloaded and is a great constuction tool, topology, intersect, union
etc. and yes, writes a nice VXP file for us!
