Gna! seems like they only accept GPL stuff [1], but many of the ported
libraries are not GPL and I think our private-facility libraries should
be MIT-style.  Plus, I'd like outsiders to be able to subscribe to
issues and be able to comment on them, but I don't know if Gna! or other
non-LaunchPad hosts support that.

I'd prefer the issue tracker be integrated with the repository hosting,
but given the minimal size of the Ported project, I can probably live
with it not being so.

However, my thoughts are: if Bazaar is adequate, LaunchPad is very
attractive.  For the Ported project, I think a full suite of integrated
capabilities is more important than the single aspect of which DVCS.
