The way I see it, version numbers don't make much sense for individual
libraries, unless those are really stand-alone. If you have a bunch of
libraries developed in a VCS (or released as a tarball), they should be
internally in sync. 

So I don't want to depend on a (set of) specific version of a single
library, but on the whole tarball. But that's only my personal current
stance on this topic -- I'm not wanting to forbid code in wak using
version numbers, if the people involved in maintaining that code want to
have them.
