I will certainly give it a try- but I am not very experienced or
skilled in writing formal letters like that. Still I will create a
draft that others can improve upon. Meanwhile, I require Aneesh's help
in projecting a realistic picture. I need a clear account of how the
site didn't work on Firefox and how it messed up registrations.
