Hi, An online call centre for FSUG won't be such a hard proposition. But only if XMPP multi user chat (for conference chats) and Jingle (for initiating peer to peer voice/video chat) were supported well on GNU/ Linux systems. I guess we will have to wait till then.
And one more clarification. My real name is Gokul Das, not Visakh. Visakh was my official name a long time back before it was changed. I adopted Visakh as my alias back when I joined this group. At the time, I was just a lurker, and didn't want to be identified easily. So, if you call me home, please identify me as Gokul. The name Visakh tends to confuse everyone else at home.
