Hi Jikku, I helped Zacharia over phone and IM yesterday. But we had a
problem. He has an Nvidia gforce graphics card and Hardy indicated
that restricted driver for it was available. I asked him to install
it- but as soon as it was finished, the system started suffering
recurring kernel panics. This is probably some problem with the
proprietary driver. I have asked him to disable the driver as soon as
he reboots. But one step remains- the xorg.conf should have been
backed up (xorg.conf.bak or something) and replaced by the driver
utility. We need to restore the backup. I couldn't do this due to the
problems. But this will also mean that the display will revert to
800*600 resolution. So you will have to add the correct resolution to
xorg.conf file. I hope you can help him with this. If you need help
with this, please do contact us.

Regards,
Gokul Das
