ILUGC is a loose collection of individuals with diverse backgrounds and opinions, with a common interest in FOSS in general and linux in particular. We also pride ourselves by acting rather than talking. Since we have no organisational structure there is no way that we can pass resolutions or take official stands on issues as an organisation - we can only do so as individuals. That is why I asked who gave you permission to issue a statement on behalf of ILUGC. ILUGC does not issue official statements.
