I agree partly to the statement, technically may be correct, but to a layman eyes, both nix and doze are looking the same. The later part of saying "daunting task to learn" may be a little too much, as a guy who wants to get a job as a 'photo shop designer' or a 'auto cad professional', doze provides a solution to the scenario.
