Is there any way of finding out what the dependency packages for an RPM
might be? so that one can download all dependent packages before hand. I
have to setup up a Samba server (RH9), unfortunately the 2nd disc is
corrupt, and I had to do a minimal install. The RH minimal install does not
provide Lynx, and I downloaded Lynx;; rpm -ivh lynx* said that it needed
indexhtml and perl-CGI, so I got them and was able to install lynx.
Now finally when I have samba, (4 packages in all) it's askin for a couple
of more libraries... but isnt there a way of knowing what are the
dependencies (all of them) for a package?

Mani
