A few points to consider
1. Will ILUGD extend the same cooperation to other vendors meeting the above
minimum requirements. Non-Exclusivity ??? would it be acceptable to the
vendor
2. I think this is a vast improvement. A minimum of Rs. 100 for 1,2 or 3 CDs
can be modified to say you must order a minimum of 3 CDs to avail courier
facility and no facility for collection by hand is available.
3. Will in lieu of "Free" Advertisement on the Linux Delhi Site and "Free"
Master CD download the firm agree to a mutually acceptable SLA say CD
delivery within 3 working days in Delhi and free replacement of any
scratched CDs if someone takes trouble of returning them by courier.
4. ILUG-D would help create and expect the vendor(again can be added to the
SLA) to maintain a complete inventory of Master CDs for Free Software ISOs
listed by ILUGD.

PS: The above is strictly my personal opinion, ILUGD opinion will be
formulated as per the discussion and voting on the list/website.
