Nope ! Tata in all their wisdom do not provide Internet access on the prepaid account (i was told by their call center, after their dealer happily sold me the data cable) and they no longer provide post paid phones to individuals (go figure!). It may be due to the huge receivables they have in unpaid bills.
As Sandip has mentioned, it works with the Reliance one and should work with the Tata one too.
