Webhosting is a very serious business and there are a large number of companies offering managed hosting in a data center managed by large companies like reliance, VSNL and a large number in the USA, check out www.economicalhost.com who run serveral servers in thre USA. Its not profitable anymore to start a new business. If you still want to go ahead work for a webhosting company and learn the business. Focus on what you want to do first.
