NSE does provide free live quotes but I haven't come across any linux
based application which can retrieve the information from the NSE
site. There is a Windows software though which can pull the NSE live
quotes, display and update them every minute. The above mentioned
program qtstalker is for technical analysis / charting only. I think
it should be possible to write a simple script (similar to a site
scrapper) which can extract the quotes from NSE site for specific
scrips every minute and display them on a terminal screen.
