Friends, the responses have been helpful and the direction is becoming clearer.
Narendra, can you please make a brief comparison between Joomla and
Drupal from the point of view of their being managed by non-technical
persons ?
This will help understand things better, because the aspect of the site
finally being managed by a non-technical persons is very crucial.

On more thing : How does the wiki feature come-in using either of these
apps ? Is is a feature included/available for them or is it a separate
thing to be added ? Some light on this will help.
