Thanks a lot Anoop for that clarity. Looks like Joomla is the way to go
for this purpose (No, I am not making any negative comments on Drupal,
which is also very attractive - saw various beautiful looking sites made
on Drupal - very very nice work indeed there).

Would you be open to give a half day training on how to
install-use-administer it to a Social activist ? Free or on payment.
Please let me know.
