If I understood correctly, he meant that how're you preventing your
official documents from reaching unauthorized hands ? So, are users
allowed to use unofficial email services (like Gmail, Fastmail.fm etc.) at 
work, hmm...?
If yes, then "fundamental logic is flawed" :) .
