Even if you don't want to talk about the license you can at least give credit to the person(with the name being linked to the flickr photo page) who has uploaded the photographs, something like "Uploaded by: XYZ" or "Photo credit: XYZ". Of course, if you were using your own photos then this discussion isn't of much importance. But apparently, that isn't the case.
