No, it is not that I want to do load balancing.
@Vivek the solution you suggest might work but it wont help in my case.
Because what I want to do is that I should be able to open a website (like
say gmail.com or google.com or whatismyip.com) or anyother website in two
different browsers (Google CHrome) and (FIrefox) and I should see different
IP's that means i am trying to connect based on the application and not on
the IP because IP of the website which I will connect from both of the
browsers will be same. The problem is  I want to connect with two different
ips on website so i can login as two different users and not caught because
of two users on one machine.

I dont think that each appliication specially browers will be supporting I
mean i think browers wont directly be deciding which network interface to
use. The other thing that you said having two proxy servers bound to
different local ports how will that work? I didnt understand that
properly....
