Neeraj,

First, I agree with others that we need to keep politics off this list
(especially such long rants). Second, IMO it's not the place of one citizen
(or many) to "rewrite" the constitution, instead we need to select the right
candidates who can do so as representatives of the public. I have started
working on a tool/website for helping people make informed choices. If you
want to make a difference you can contribute your time to developing that
tool.
