I do some mac repair on the side and I would just like to mention that alot of these "dead imacs" that are showing up with supposed flyback or video board problems are nothing more than an easy battery and reset of the cuda switch problem. Seems the battery's in these babies are giving up just about now. Battery is $10 at radio shack and pretty simple to replace. You will need to reset the cuda switch too. Worth a try, no?
