Thanks tinman, To get an OE 4x version, you indicated I should look for an older (around 8.6) install disk. It should be there.
As I didn't know anyone who had an 8.6 install disk, or how to obtain one, I tried googling "Outlook Express 4 download" and came up with a number of entries. Nothing looked that promising, but the 15th entry or so was Unofficial OE Page ... Over half the book is dedicated to Outlook Express 5 ... WWDC is going great.
