I want to thank all the responses I have received... "Thank you".

I think the trial-and-error risk is not worth the $200 extra that two 
512MB SO-DIMMs will cost, so I will wimp out and go for two 256MB 
SO-DIMMs. A total of 512MB of memory is still better than what I have 
today... 160MB.

Was there any special drivers necessary for OSX to install on the Sonnet 
HARMONI upgrade?
