Les. I use OS x on my Flat Panel iMac, not on my Rev B. However, since you are basically replacing the 233/266/333 MHz G3 processor with a 500 MHz one, the answer is "No". Note: if you have a 350 MHz processor or higher, the HARMONi won't work. I just looked at the HARMONi Quick Start Guide and here is what it says on the front page: "At this printing, the HARMONi G3 iMac processor/FireWire upgrade is compatible with Mac OS 8.1 through the latest version of OS X. FireWire requires OS 8.6 or later; best compatibility with FireWire devices is achieved with OS 9.1 or later, and OS X Version 10.1 or later.
