kyle thanks for sharing what applecare state,. this alone does not make norton a bad utility that u state. but i wont argue the point.
i could also give my opinion on apple's way of dealing with their repairs. i have been a apple tech for a number of years but again thats not my place. i have found many things thru my career. 1.) ask 10 techs 1 question and u will possibly get 10 answers based on their experiences. 2.) some techs stick to what they have discovered no matter what info to the contray has been given to them.
