Thanks for the reply.
You'd think that would work but it doesn't.  Even though I have the 
default account at the top of the list, when I start a new message, my 
secondary account shows up automatically.  Then I have to manually 
select my primary account.  That's not a problem.  Remembering to do it 
is a problem, and a nuisance.  Same thing with 10.2.4 as with 10.2.3.
