The PC100 tells you that the memory runs at 100MHz, whi ch is the correct speed for your machine, since the earlier tray loading iMacs run with the slower 66MHz memory speed. Just make sure you get it from a Mac Reseller/specialist as that way you will know you'll get the right stuff.
