Hi, I have a 15" flat panel Imac, 700MHz, G4 Memory: 256 MB SDRAM OSX 10.3.8
I want to buy more memory, as things are slowing down a bit due to more and more work with photos and graphics.
What are my best options (given that I am working with a small budget) in terms of a good place to buy the memory and how much memory to get? Also, does the current 256 module have to be completely replaced or can I add memory to it? Finally, where is a good place to get the memory installed and how pricey is the installation (or is it something folks usually do themselves)?
All information very much appreciated. Thanks, Dale -- The iMac List is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
