The Mac OS X install disks should work fine, but make sure you're getting
Panther on CDs rather than a DVD, as your iMAc will only have a CD drive,
IIRC.

As for iLife, you're unlikely to run iMovie with any great speed on your
iMac (I don't on my 400 MHz), and iTunes is a free download anyway, so it
all comes down to iPhoto. I like the newest version best, so I'd recommend
iLife '05, but any version is better than no version.
