Don't bother bouncing the message. In fact, do NOT do that at all. 
Bouncing it will only cause you to generate more email traffic for no 
reason. The spammers are not cleaning their lists based on bounces. In 
fact, more often then not, the email address they claim the spam is from 
doesn't even exist.

So just create a rule to delete the spam and leave it at that.
